Scene & Heard, our festival of new work begins in a week’s time. Me nerves!
Perhaps a nice Smocktail might calm my frazzled emotions.
This year we are serving up declassé delightfulness in the guise of a Chambord Spritz. It’s 1970’s French cocktail hour realness!
Please pour a measure of Chambord, which I’m sure you have lying around.
Cascade your Chambord over ice cubes, adding a good glug of white wine.
Stir well and add some spritz in the form of soda water. Perhaps garnish with some mint and frozen raspberries.
As the good people at Chambord say, because why not!?
