Listen, we’ve all been there.
Midweek party gets a little raucous, perhaps we wake up after a, I don’t know, birthday party maybe, a little bleary eyed.
The perfect restorative is badly needed- and this is why we have our breakfast ideas.
First up- Banana Porridge- soak your oats in cream for about 1 hour, add milk and water, bring to the boil and stir in chopped bananas or banana puree.
Why not move to some brioche french toasts, we use small individual brioche rolls. Whip eggs, milk, sugar and vanilla essence, toss the little babies in this and fry in butter. They become like French Toast Donuts.
Now a little bit of virtue is required- finish with a red fruit salad- any assortment of berries and fruits will do, chop mix, perhaps a little natural yoghurt if one isn’t feeling too peaky.
Alternatively, have a hair of the dog you hot mess!
